If you have installed one of our earlier beta firmwares (1.11-1.14) and get an error message ( This device cannot start. (Code 10) ) in the Device Manager. Please remove all Mionix software, go to the Device Manager and remove all Human Interface Devices (HID), also under Mouse and Keyboard tabs, and scan for new hardware. Let Windows install the drivers, then install the Mionix software 1.32.
