This happens when the background software "Mionix service" is not running at start-up on the computer, could be that this is disabled by a windows setting or firewall/antivirus software.
Windows 10 guide
- Open taskmanager
- Go to autostart -
- Check so that the "Mionix hub service" is active
- Reboot the computer
