The procedure for faulty goods is dependent on where the products were purchased from:

In the highly unlikely case that you are to receive a faulty product, you must let us know immediately.
The faulty product, along with all packaging can be exchanged for the same type of product*

Refunds for the faulty item can be made within 14 days from the day of delivery. The refund will be provided once the product has been sent back to us. Please visit our Refunds page for more details

Purchased from another online retailer
Please notify the retailer immediately after purchase.
