I can’t install/start the software for my mouse

This can be caused by a number of reasons, the most common is that Windows or your antivirus software block's it. Here are some steps to test it: 

  • Make sure you start the setup/program with administrator rights, to do this right-click the program and chose “Run as administrator”
  • Second step would be to disable windows user account control and exclude Mionix from any antivirus software installed on the system.
