There can be numerous reasons behind double clicks, so let's troubleshoot the most common causes. If nothing works, please contact our support: https://support.mionix.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
In Windows:
- Change the double-click speed. Go to "mouse properties" (Settings -> Devices -> Mouse) and click on "additional mouse options". Here you can try to lower the "double-click speed" and see if that helps.
- Disable "Enhanced Pointer Precision". Go to the same as above, change the tab to "pointer options" and uncheck the "Enhanced Pointer Precision".
In Mionix software:
- Download and install the latest version of your Mionix software. Make sure you have the latest firmware installed (the software will prompt you for this). Drag the slider called debounce time one step to the right, save and see if the problem has been vanquished. If it is still present, repeat the previous process until you reach a debounce time that works.
- Revert to the old firmware. Download the original firmware and run the firmware updater. If you need help, please contact our support with the link at the top of this page.
